An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic team in Manchester. In this role, you will manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, support recruitment efforts, and provide expert guidance on Employee Relations matters. Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting new challenge?
To be successful in this role, it is essential you are people-focused and results-driven, and have previous experience in a HR Advisor role or equivalent within a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment. You will need to have a good understanding of Employment Law and practice and the employee lifecycle, including demonstrable knowledge of ER Case management.
You will need to have experience of volume recruitment and interviewing.
You will need to have excellent communication and listening skills and competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company.
You will have good knowledge and experience of using HR Systems and databases and have excellent computer skills, including use of spreadsheets.
You will need to be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and have the ability to work to targets and strict deadlines.
