Description

The key responsibilities:

• Providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Managing and supporting employee relations
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
• Conducting performance management and employee evaluations
• Delivering HR-related training programs
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

* CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards
* Previous HR Officer / Advisor experience is essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proficiency in HR management systems and databases
* Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
* Previous FMCG experience is desirable

Job Offer

• An estimated salary range of £30,000 - £36,000 per annum
