A primary focus of the role will be to advise and support managers in all aspects of employee relations, including managing poor performance, grievances and absence management.

The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR Business Partner in areas such as performance management, workforce planning/design, change management and equality and diversity.
The HR Advisor responsibilities will include:
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have previous exposure working in a similar position where you have assisted in the process of ER cases, performance review, analysing data and workforce planning.
You will need to have an understanding of Employment Law, particularly in those areas related to employee relations issues, and have previously advised managers and staff on people policies and procedures.
Ideally you will be studying (or qualified) in CIPD or another HR qualification or have equivalent training and experience.

Job Offer

This is a full-time opportunity, on a permanent basis. The role will be based in 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4PU. Please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas.
Government departments and agencies are working towards implementing a minimum 60% attendance in office sites.
We are currently implementing a flexible, hybrid way of working, with a minimum of 8 days per month working on site to enable the collaboration and contact with partners and stakeholders needed to deliver MHRA business.
Attendance on site is driven by business needs so depending on the nature of the role, this can flex up to 12 days a month, with the remainder of time worked either remotely or in the office.
