The successful candidate will be a highly professional, collaborative and skilled HR practitioner who will deal with HR-related queries quickly and efficiently and will drive high standards of professional conduct. The HR Advisor will play an essential role in promoting a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement and ensuring effective HR practices are in place.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the academy’s operations run smoothly, efficiently, and sustainably, supporting the academy’s mission to provide the best possible educational experience for our pupils. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing all admin support, finance, premises maintenance, human resources and health and safety within the academy and will advise the Principal and Governing Body on the non-teaching activities of the academy.

Our teaching assistants are of great importance to our academy and support teaching colleagues in implementing a curriculum which is tailored to individual needs, enabling our pupils to reach their full potential.
