HR Advisor

We are working with a wonderful charity who have offices based in South Leeds and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a 3-6 month temporary basis. As a HR Advisor, you will be available immediately and be able to commit to this long-term booking. Joining a busy HR function, working 9-5.30 Monday-Friday, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks, which include:

1. Managing ER cases across several sites
2. Working closely with team managers
3. Supporting with training
4. Working on policy and procedures
5. Managing the HR database
6. Dealing with the HR inbox
7. Being that point of contact for all HR related queries

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, and busy team. After a period of induction, the successful candidate will be offered a hybrid working week. The successful applicant must be:

1. Available immediately
2. Have a minimum of 3-5 years HR Advisor experience
3. Strong ER experience
4. CIPD Level 5
5. Strong communication skills
6. Proficient in all MS Office packages and knowledge of HR systems
7. Be happy to commit to a long-term temporary role
