About Us:

At PS Human Resources Ltd, we're dedicated to providing exceptional HR solutions to our clients. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you're looking for a role with diverse responsibilities that involve addressing a wide range of HR queries and supporting our consultants, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you. Your daily tasks will encompass policy and process development, employee contracts, employee relations, employee engagement, recruitment and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract and Policy Expertise: Draft and review employee contracts, HR policies, employee handbooks, and various supporting documents on behalf of clients.
  2. Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a select portfolio of clients, delivering HR advice, support, and attending meetings as required to ensure their HR needs are met effectively.
  3. HR Advisory Services: Provide expert advice and guidance through telephone and email, aligning with clients' company policies, procedures, and current employment legislation, all while adhering to best practices.
  4. Employee Relations: Offer coaching and guidance to line managers on matters related to employee relations.
  5. Project Management: Undertake project work for clients on an ad-hoc basis as directed.
  6. Record Keeping: Ensure that all client work records are maintained accurately and kept up-to-date.
  7. System Proficiency: Become a 'super-user' and go to for Breathe HR; handling queries, site amendments, onboarding new clients, and conducting annual leave reconciliations efficiently and independently.
  8. Plaky Super-User: Act as the go-to expert for Plaky (our CRM), providing support to the team and ensuring internal processes are consistently followed.
  9. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring that they receive unwavering support, and that our services continuously contribute value to their organisations.
  10. Promoting PSHR: Actively promote our services and innovative solutions to clients.
  11. Business Development: Identify potential opportunities for business development, which HR Consultants can explore further.
  12. Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with HR Consultants to deliver administrative and technical HR support to clients whenever necessary.
  13. Document Management: Manage the suite of template documents, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with current employment legislation and making updates as needed.
  14. Networking: Attend networking events and activities as required to foster professional connections.
  15. Legal Compliance: Stay abreast of developments in employment law and best practices, ensuring that the HR team is informed of any necessary changes or updates required for clients' documentation and processes.
  16. Administrative/Office Support: Ensure the office environment is organised in terms of supplies and provisions, organising maintenance of any equipment as needed.
