Our client who has a strong presence in the South West, with growth as a continuous focus, the company is now looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
As an HR Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Group HR Manager, providing crucial generalist HR support and guidance to managers and colleagues. This role is varied and demanding, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional with a strong understanding of HR principles and legislation. CIPD Level 3 qualification is required, and experience in recruitment and complex employee relations cases is preferred. Payroll experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
