HR Advisor

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30K - £35K p/a
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5
Location: Manchester City Centre
Interview: 1 stage, F2F

Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Human Resources Advisor to join their team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a competitive salary of £30K - £35K, reflecting the level of expertise required. As an HR Advisor, you will provide essential HR and Employment Law advice to a diverse range of clients across various sectors throughout the United Kingdom. You will be part of a supportive team, providing legally compliant solutions via telephone, ensuring business needs are met while highlighting any non-compliant commercial options and associated risks.

What you'll do:

  • Continually update personal knowledge of HR and Employment Law.
  • Achieve standards set within the performance framework to support all clients with quality advice in a productive manner.
  • Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
  • Log all advice accurately onto the internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • Review client documentation and provide feedback and advice accordingly.
  • Follow internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable.
  • Offer the client options regarding utilisation of other products and services.
  • Actively seek and encourage client feedback by various methods.
  • Deliver training to colleagues and clients as required.
  • Undertake Welcome Calls with new clients and discuss with them the software, services and products.
