Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a true generalist HR Advisor role in Tewkesbury?

GRG are pleased to be recruiting an experienced HR Advisor working for a leading manufacturing organisation.

Reporting into the lead HR Business Partner, your role is a combination of operational day to day support and supporting the wider HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

• First POC for all general HR queries
• Employee relations - dealing with 1st stage enquiries and low level ER case management such as absences, performance management, exit processes
• Managing absence data reporting
• Support HR Shared Service Function
• Assist the team with salary reviews, rewards and benefits
• Deliver HR inductions for new starters
• Supporting the delivery to their people and culture strategy

About You:

• Experience as an HR Advisor / Officer / Generalist
• Minimum Level 3 CIPD Qualified
• Experience using Workday - advantageous!
• Forward thinking
• Proactive
• Impeccable communication skills
