HR Advisor

Are you an HR Assistant, HR Officer or HR Adviser with a strong aptitude for systems and data? Do you have great knowledge of HRIS, metrics and insights and want to develop this and your HR experience further? You will play an integral role in supporting the HR team and working on an exciting HRIS project.

NOTE: This HR Advisor role requires an aptitude for HR Systems and Data

This role is a Fixed Term Contract - 9 months FTC

HR Adviser - HR Systems and Data Responsibilities Include:

• Provides first-class HR advice, guidance & support to line managers and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures, employee relation issues, and organisational change.
• Supports the HR & People Development Manager in analysing HR reports and drives HR KPI improvements.
• Provides support to the Head of HR in delivering strategic HR projects.
• Supports the HRIS project, developing a suite of valuable HR metrics and insights, from absence management to retention, plus the analysis of survey results.
• Assists in the delivery of the HRIS system project, designing workflows, processes, data transfer and training for staff on the new system.
• Delivers learning and development sessions regarding people management practices.
• Ensures the consistent delivery of induction by line managers and supports central staff inductions.
• Monitors sickness absence, ensuring staff absences are inputted onto the payroll system, informing line managers of staff absence concerns, ensuring return to work interviews are conducted by line managers, and completing occupational health referrals where necessary.
• Tracks and monitors the return of Employee appraisals and performance management reviews, including probation.

Your knowledge of HR legislation and HR administration processes, together with your HR systems, metrics, and insights will ensure success in this interim role. Ideally, you will be available for an immediate start, but our client could wait for a short notice period (up to 1 month). Education experience would be beneficial but not essential.
