HR Advisor
Location: Sheffield/Haydock/Gateshead/Hybrid
Travel to regional offices will be required.

Work in partnerships and build effective relationships with key business stakeholders in order to ensure the delivery of a robust end-to-end HR service. Managing all aspects of day-to-day HR operations, applying policies and procedures, advising managers as required.

About you:
You'll have worked in a similar role previously at this level, being able to demonstrate good technical experience and you'll have strong working knowledge and application of UK employment law and of handling complex employee relations casework working as a HR Advisor. A willingness to travel to our regional offices in England is essential along with the drive and motivation to continuously develop your skills and experience in role. You’ll support the People Partner in the region but will manage the ER caseload directly so you’ll need to be able to work at pace managing multiple cases.
