An established organisation is seeking a proactive HR Advisor for a hybrid role in Brighton. Our client is currently looking to recruit a HR Advisor on an initially 3 month contract.
HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
Brighton Hybrid
£27 - £30 per hour inside IR35
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a HR Advisor / HR Lead and ideally have worked within the public sector. Within the role you will deliver advice to employees and managers to resolve people management issues, manage your own case load and projects and will be looking for opportunities to improve organisational performance amongst others, including -
