ER/HR ADVISOR

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ER/HR Advisor to join a dynamic team in Chandlers Ford!

Location: Chandlers Ford
Duration: Temporary Contract (HR/ER Level 7)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

The Role: As an ER/HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations and HR processes, including:

  1. Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  2. Managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
  3. Supporting managers with performance and capability issues
  4. Handling HR administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  5. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes

What We're Looking For:
  1. CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  2. Proven HR advisory or employee relations experience
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
