My client is a major player in the industrial/manufacturing sector with the circular and green economy being at the heart of their operations. Our client has a workforce of around 800 employees and has a strong local Cardiff presence. Their operations span across Europe and they are renowned for their commitment to growing the circular economy, recycling materials for use in large construction projects.

Description

1. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
2. Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
3. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
4. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships.
5. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation.
6. Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
7. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

1. CIPD Level 5 or HR focused degree
2. Proven experience in an HR role
3. Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
6. A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
