Our leading manufacturing client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Nottingham.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice and support across the business, addressing a wide range of strategic, operational, and people-focused matters.

Job Description

1. Supporting business leaders in executing strategies while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful organisational culture.
2. Championing HR initiatives, advocating for employees, and guiding organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
3. Driving people strategy and processes like performance management, leadership development, and succession planning to meet business needs.
4. Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement policies and processes that support continued business growth and success.
5. Aligning HR metrics with business metrics, improving delivery to support key business initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

1. Previous HR experience in a complex organisation.
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
3. Have a passion for providing excellent service to employees at all levels.
