The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week). Part-time hours will be pro-rated accordingly.

To lead on development and delivery of an ELC equalities and diversity action plan relating to employees and employment practices. The action plan aims to promote and embed fair equality practices relating to employment, addressing conduct, and attitudes in the workplace. It will identify, deliver, and track equality related training to meet the actions identified, and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
To promote and embed positive practices and attitudes that will ensure that employees are treated in a way that is positive and inclusive.

Relevant Qualifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate subject e.g. in HR; Law, Social Science or equivalent experience working in HR; employment law or equality related subject.
Driving LicenceA full current driving licence is desirable for this post.
