HR Adviser

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-tier HR services, offering expert guidance, and making a direct impact on creating a positive, people-centric work environment. As an HR Adviser, you'll champion essential HR initiatives, ensure a high-quality employee experience, and support the continued success of the organisation with cutting-edge HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law, ensuring compliance and consistency across the business.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle—from crafting job descriptions and conducting interviews to supporting smooth onboarding processes.
• Handle and advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps and training needs, facilitating development programs that align with business objectives.
• Analyse key HR metrics to provide insights that support strategic workforce planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and internal policies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

About You:

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in a similar HR Adviser or HR generalist role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and best HR practices.
• Experience managing employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and timely resolutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
