An established industry player is seeking a dynamic HR Adviser to join their People Team. We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Adviser to join the People Team here at Nugent and help shape our colleague experience.
Salary: 29,338 - £31,300 per annum
Benefits:
Hours of work: 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday; with the ability to work flexibly.
Duration: An initial 12 months fixed term contract.
Location: Homeworking/Remote with requirement to visit services as and when required.
The Role: You will promote HR professional practice and maintain effective HR systems and procedures. This will include providing advice to managers and other colleagues on all matters of the employment life cycle, terms and conditions of employment, compliance, Nugent's policies and procedures and employment legislation. In addition, you will support the HR Business Partners in the effective management of Employment Relations Cases and Organisational Change Initiatives ensuring risks to the Charity are minimized. You will also be involved in developing and updating HR policies and guidance, ensuring these are in line with current legislation, as well as coaching managers on key policies and procedures, ensuring they have the right skills to effectively manage their team.
