Job description

HR Administrator – Wardle

Six Month Contract Working Mon – Fri 9 till 5

The role will work with the HR Manager to provide support as directed to Managers and Employees throughout the Company. Interactions with Transport, Warehouse functions as well as back-office support functions. The role will also support any NWF Group initiatives as directed when required and support other divisions when needed. Maintaining of employee records, managing HR documents (Company and Personal), updating of company databases. Administration of transactional HR processes and procedures.

Key Duties/Tasks

To provide administration assistance to support all aspects of Boughey HR (HR Transactional admin related to offer letters, contracts, contract amendments, absence, disciplinary, appeals, grievance, investigation, note taking).

  • Maintaining personal record upkeep on HR Systems.
  • Handling sensitive information.
  • Supporting the payroll process when required.
  • Support and deliver on the Company mission, vision and live and promote the Company values.
  • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain the highest standards with due regard to Customer requirements and in line with HACCP, BRC and any other internal or external legislation / audits.
  • To be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health, Safety, environmental and welfare of yourself and others in your departments.
Requirements And Qualifications

Desirable experience of working with HR Systems CaptureIT and CIPHR, or similar and providing data analysis.

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Must have the ability to develop, maintain close working relationships both internally and externally.
