HR Administrator - 18-month Fixed Term Contract

The Opportunity

Join us as our very own HR Administrator. We have an exciting opportunity where you will develop your knowledge of policies, processes and act as front-line support for employees.

You'll make an impact from day 1, with an exciting day to day:

1. Providing Professional Support: Give consistent first line advice to users on queries (inc. contract issues, policies, procedures, processes, and other areas), forwarding more complex requests and enquiries to the appropriate team.
2. Relationship-Building: Provide friendly, courteous and outstanding service when problem-solving and handling complaints. Moreover, build effective relationships with your brilliant colleagues and business partners to understand their requirements.
3. Suggesting Continuous Improvement: Challenge processes and look for opportunities for continuous improvement.
4. Accurately Data Inputting: Be responsible for the efficient processing of casework, ensuring data quality through accurately logging and data inputting of all cases in an internal database, and all other associated systems and IT tools.
5. Promoting The Use Of Self-Service Tools: Educate and promote the benefits of self-service through our self-service tools as and when available.
6. Knowledge Sharing: Analyse and resolve technical system queries and error reports, sharing knowledge, and training colleagues as the need arises.
7. Attending Training Activities: Participate in departmental training programmes in support of new technologies, procedures, and customer service initiatives and enhancements.

You will be working as part of our team in Poole, where you will occasionally attend the office, but can also work from home. At Siemens, we value work life balance, and flexible working is something we offer, and actively promote across our business.

This role will be offered as an 18-month fixed term contract to the successful applicant.

Stage 1 - Online Application

Stage 2 - Online Task-Based Assessment: You will complete some short and intuitive online tasks to help get to know you better (30-35 minutes only!). We reward you with your own individualised feedback report on your strengths and areas for future focus, while you wait for next steps. This is emailed to you automatically immediately after completing The Assessment.

Stage 3 - Interview: Here, we’ll build on the previous stage to get to know you even better and it will also be an opportunity for you to get to know us, and ask any questions.
