HR ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and proficiency in various HR systems.

Duties

• Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System accurate employee data entry and reporting.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on social media platforms and managing applications through systems and Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing assistance on HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and performance.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence.

Skills

• Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a human resources role is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
