HR Administrator

Shrewsbury
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Up to £26,000

You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function, ensuring that the company's human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities Included:
  1. Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  2. Support the recruitment process, including job postings and candidate communication.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  4. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  5. Obtaining references.
  6. Compliance (right to work checks and documents).
  7. Support inductions.
Skills and Attributes:
  1. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  6. Level 3 CIPD would be desirable but not essential.
  7. A strong administrator with a goal to move into HR.
