This is a newly created role due to growth in an organisation that offers a great working culture and a very flexible hybrid working model of 1 day per week on site near Shaftesbury on the Dorset Wiltshire border.
This is a great opportunity for someone with HR administration experience to join a great HR team and further develop operational HR experience. My client is looking for a forward-thinking, confident and proactive HR Administrator that will enjoy working within a collaborative and supportive role. As HR Administrator, you will report into the HR Manager and will act as the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance, as well as providing all day-to-day transactional support around the employee life cycle.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working within an HR Administration role ideally within a busy, fast-paced HR department. You can demonstrate excellent administrative skills along with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You understand the importance of working with confidential information and providing up-to-date and accurate reports as and when required.
You have excellent communication skills, along with being highly organised and proactive in your approach.
