Balfour Beatty, the UK's largest infrastructure group, is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team in Newcastle (Quorum Business Park, Longbenton).
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing all people-related administration, from recruitment, to employee lifecycle changes, through to leaver administration, supporting our 12,000 direct employees in the UK.
Our HR Shared Services team are responsible for the handling of 140,000 requests and queries each year, so you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR function.
What you will contribute:
As a member of our Core Service Delivery team, you will work closely with our Business Units to ensure that we fully understand their unique needs and context. You will be joining a team of around 40 professionals who are dedicated to delivering first-class HR services.
