Position: HR Administrator

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Part-Time (12pm - 5pm, Monday or Tuesday & Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Driving Required: Yes

Location: HU12


Are you passionate about people and eager to contribute to a dynamic HR team? Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to support their HR department in delivering a high-performing service while ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process by creating and placing job adverts and coordinating new starter paperwork.
  3. Administer training programmes and ensure all mandatory training is up-to-date.
  4. Produce HR reports and assist in data analysis to support practice strategies.
  5. Provide excellent customer-focused service to all team members.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Strong understanding of HR processes and record-keeping.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Experience in a busy HR environment or health setting is a plus!
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage data effectively.
  5. A proactive and approachable attitude, with a commitment to personal development.
