Our client is an organisation which supports the local community with a variety of services. As a growing workforce, they require an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator to join their HR team and support the Senior HR Advisor with processes and administration around employee relations, employee records, sickness and absence, and grievance and disciplinaries. This role is integral within the HR department, which provides a HR service across all aspects of their generalist people agenda. This role is a 3-day per week position, working from home and from the office, which will flex and adapt based on the meeting schedule. The salary is £17,057 - £19,580 for 21 hours, with an FTE of £32,700 – £33,500. Ideally, the successful candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or be working towards it. Other HR accreditations and experience will be considered.
Holidays are 27 plus statutory bank holidays.
