We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in daily operations.


Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and record keeping.
  2. Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  3. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation and exit interviews.
  4. Maintain accurate employee data and update employee files as needed.
  5. Assist in the coordination and planning of HR programs and events.
  6. Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  1. Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR department.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
