Equans is looking for an HR Administration Manager to join our team on a 24 month FTC basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus, and benefits package.
The HR Administration Manager is accountable for the effective administration of the following processes (Hire to retire, employee vetting, employee data management, and occupational health) by driving continuous improvement initiatives through innovation and best practices to deliver quality, compliant procedures.
The role is responsible for leading a team of 21, supporting the EQUANS UK Business Unit key stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives that maximize the performance of the Business.
The role reports into the Head of Employee Services and is one of the three key leaders in Employee Services. This role will deputize for the Head of Employee Services where applicable due to availability or business demand.
