HR Admin / Recruitment Coordinator (FTC)
£28,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Training + Work-Life Balance + 33-Days Holiday + Performance Bonuses + 37.5 Hour Working Week + Life Assurance + Social Clubs + Up to 10% Pension + Excellent Work-Life Balance + On Site Canteen
Office Based: Commutable from Exeter, Torquay, Sidmouth, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Axminster and Surrounding Areas
Fixed Term Contract Between 12-18 Months

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HR Officer, Admin, Advisor, Recruitment Coordinator or similar looking to take on a varied and challenging role where you will be invested in and upskilled into becoming a valued member of a continuously growing team. Once upskilled, you will be responsible for dealing with permanent and temporary recruitment, delivering training to managers on new processes and protocols, and occasionally assisting with disciplinary procedures amongst other duties.
