Job Title: HR Administrator (3-Month Contract)
Location: Coleraine

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team in Coleraine on a 3-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a fast-paced and dynamic private sector environment. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in delivering efficient and effective HR services.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  2. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
  3. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  4. Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
  5. Handle employee queries and provide general HR support as required
  6. Update and maintain employee files, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management

Skills & Experience:

  1. Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred
  2. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Knowledge of HR systems is a plus
  7. A proactive, adaptable approach to work
