Job description

This post is for 1 x Permanent and 2 x Fixed Term Contracts (until 31st March 2028)

What will the role look like?
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, resilient and passionate to join our Engage Leeds Team. Engage Leeds is a city-wide housing-related support service working with adults (18+) to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation and integrate people into communities.

The individual is required to carry a caseload and work on a one-to-one basis with people within their own homes, promoting empowerment and independence, as part of the wider Engage Leeds team and service.

We work in a person centred way to build relationships with people we support and we are looking for driven and energetic individuals to deliver individual, positive, solution focused plans to the people we support, within the West wedge of the city, in relation to their housing needs.

What we are looking for?

We welcome applications from people who can work in a proactive way to reduce barriers and challenges.

At Barca Leeds, we encourage applications and recognise the value that people who have their own lived experience can bring to the team and service.
