My local authority client in the North West is seeking an experienced Housing Standards Officer to hit the ground running.

The role is a 6-month contract, and due to the nature of the work, you are required to be on District on a hybrid basis.

Experience Required:

• Property Inspections under HHSRS
• HMO Licensing Experience
• Carrying out relevant enforcement action
