Housing Standards Officer

My local authority client on the North West is seeking an experienced Housing Standards Officer to hit the ground running.

The role is a 6-month contract and due to the nature of the work you are required on District on a hybrid basis.

Experience required:

1. Property Inspections under HHSRS
2. HMO Licensing Experience
3. Carrying out relevant enforcement action
