Housing Officer - 6 months - Hybrid 3 days in office
A close client of mine has reached out as they are looking for a Housing Officer with extensive Tenancy Management experience to join their team on a hybrid basis for the course of 6 months.
- Previous experience with property management within a previous assignment.
- Previous experience with managing voids within a patch.
- Experience with compliance as a Housing Officer for a local authority.
- Dealings with Anti-Social Behaviour and exposure to working with it.
- Previously managed and worked with repairs within a previous role.
- Worked a tenancy management placement and worked with tenancy matters and general needs.
- Rough sleepers experience.
- Taking calls from landlords and dealing with complaints.
- Partaking in visits within the patch and managing voids.
- Managing a patch made up of 37 properties in and around the area.
