A new position for a junior housing management solicitor at a national and leading Legal 100 firm has arisen.
This role will be based out of the firm's Bristol office to work closely with a Partnerproviding advice and support to public sector clients and clients in the public services, in particular housing associations and providers of social housing.
Types of work you will cover: (please note this is not heavily weighted to disrepair)
Possession claims
Injunction claims
Cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005
Breach of tenancy claims
Leasehold management advice
Service charge disputes
