Job description

Administrators - Office based 8-5 Monday to Friday


Maintenance within the social housing sector is a must.


Due to growth within our client's business, we have a great opportunity for an administrator to join our busy construction company.


The role will involve, but is not limited to:

  1. Monitoring and managing a busy mailbox, responding to all queries.
  2. Raising repairs orders on our web-based system.
  3. Answering the phones and dealing with client queries.
  4. Allocating engineers to repairs based on skillset and geographical area.
  5. Issuing jobs to specialist contractors where required and monitoring the jobs through to completion.
  6. Administration tasks.
  7. Monitoring and managing the administration tasks for a job from start to finish.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to learn new skills to develop further. The ability to work in a busy environment as part of a team and independently is essential.


The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, sociable, proactive, and a strong team member.


Full training will be provided.


Having worked within a repairs and maintenance background would be a bonus, but not essential.
