Housing Litigation Solicitor

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Housing Litigation Solicitor role within a Legal 500 recognised team that are continuously evolving. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress their career and join a fast-paced, collaborative team based in the Preston office.

Within this Housing Litigation Solicitor role, you will be responsible for:

1. Handling a varied and complex caseload of social housing tenancy and leasehold disputes
2. Housing Management matters
3. Residential leaseholds
4. Attending Court and tribunals
5. Providing written and verbal legal advice in litigated and non-litigated matters
6. Supporting the Head of Departments and Partners on their cases
7. Contributing to the growth of the overall team and maintaining a strong network

The successful candidate for this Housing Litigation Solicitor role based in Preston will ideally have at least 1+ years PQE, be able to work well under pressure, and be looking to make a difference with their work.
