Due to an increase in instructions, this premier City firm is looking to hire an experienced housing litigation lawyer to work initially on a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent. Clients include Councils, Registered Providers of Social Housing, and private landlords. You'll be involved in the full range of housing/property litigation matters including:

1. Possession claims
2. Anti-social behaviour
3. Disrepair and dilapidations claims
4. Tenancy fraud
5. Breach of lease
6. Business tenancy renewals
