Job Description

It’s a really exciting growth time in our Housing Team. We have numerous contracts with some fantastic customers, who are upgrading, migrating or implementing our NEC Housing Management System! To support this growth, we are looking for Implementation Consultants, who will specialise in our Repairs Module, to ensure our customers are given the best experience possible. This is a Home Based role, reporting to one of our Lead Implementation Consultants.

When you join NECSWS Housing Team, you will be given the support and time to grow and develop your skillset and knowledge of our system. You will work directly with one of our highly skilled consultants to shadow, and complete personal aspects of the work until you are ready to work directly with customers independently on a full end to end project.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules – particularly Allocations and Housing Advice/Homelessness with a focus on how the system is configured and built.
  • Provide excellent advice and best practice to current customers using NEC Housing.
  • Ensure that when we give advice or training, our customers are happy and give positive feedback consistently.
  • Ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and promptly communicate any issues to our internal teams.
  • Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in all aspects of Social Housing Management.
  • Be flexible and available for travel throughout the UK occasionally to visit both customer and company sites when required.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth expertise of the Allocations and Homelessness Process using Housing Management Software.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing Management Systems or Housing Modules, with a strong focus on system configuration and build.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality consultancy services to Local Authority Housing, ALMOs or Housing Associations.
  • Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals for customers.
  • Willingness to work on multiple parallel projects (when you are comfortable and proficient with our system).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules.
