The Role

As a Social Housing Solicitor in this team, your responsibilities would include:

1. Handling Civil Litigation claims on behalf of social housing providers.
2. Tasks will include but not limited to; disclosure, witness interviewing, drafting pleadings, advising clients, liaising with experts, preparing/drafting letters, and undertaking legal research.
3. Working closely with some of the firm's largest clients.
4. Running a caseload which includes a variety of housing disrepair, statutory nuisance claims, anti-social behaviour claims and injunctions.
