Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer – 3 months + - Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Up to £45 per hour – Midlands

Position: Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Organisation: Midlands

Duration: 3 months +

Working Pattern: Full time

Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, attending Court on occasion may be required

Hourly Rate: Up to £45 per hour Umbrella

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Housing Litigation, including Housing Disrepair matters.

Duties may include:

1. Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation including reviews of Housing Committee reports, leases and rentals, possession claims and Housing Disrepair
2. Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
3. Prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Housing Management and support case preparation for Court
