Key Responsibilities as Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Support the Head Housekeeper and Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
• Assist with team supervision, task delegation, and ensuring high standards across all guest rooms and public areas
• Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to health & safety standards
• Help with staff training, motivation, and maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment
• Take responsibility for stock control and replenishment of housekeeping supplies
• Provide hands-on support with cleaning tasks during busy periods
• Be a point of contact for team queries and report issues to senior management as needed
