Housekeeping Associate

The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment. This role requires a strong eye for detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. You will contribute to upholding the hotel's high standards, consistently exceeding expectations. Your efforts will directly impact the overall guest experience, ensuring that every room is a place of relaxation. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain immaculate presentation of all guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
• Expertly track and manage key guest updates, including preferences and room status, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and departments for smooth operations.
• Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Actively listen to feedback regarding guest rooms, promptly addressing concerns and implementing effective solutions to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with all associates, supporting the overall success of the hotel and prioritising guest satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
