Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Are you seeking a new and rewarding Personal Lines broking opportunity? Have you worked with Home insurance or Property Owners?

If you can resonate with these questions, you’ll be pleased to hear that Barker Munro Recruitment is working with an independent insurance Broker based in North Kent who are currently looking to add a Personal Lines Household Insurance Broker to their team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. General administration duties in relation to home insurance and insurance document processing.
  2. Client and insurer correspondence, renewals, sales support, and managerial support.
  3. Working with clients and insurers over the phone and via email regarding general insurance queries, payments, and adjustments.

Our client offers a full induction and training plan from day one, and all staff can study for professional qualifications such as CII (Chartered Insurance Institute).

Qualifications

Previous experience in home insurance is highly desirable, and there is a focus on knowledge of working with in-house insurance quotation systems. Consideration will also be given to candidates looking to cross over from other insurance lines or those wanting to break into the insurance industry.

The job is office-based Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with no weekend work required. The office is close to train and bus routes, and parking is also available nearby.
