Job Description
We have a new part-time opportunity for a House Manager to work with our residents in Buxton, Derbyshire.
What we are looking for
Finding the right person to undertake this role is our top priority. We are looking for someone who is friendly, customer-focused, and a good communicator with the ability to resolve practical problems.
You must be self-motivated and highly organized to maintain health & safety and compliance records, with good administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will be required to carry out tasks such as keeping the outside area clean and completing ad hoc tasks, such as clearing snow from pathways, litter picking, and refuse removal from the communal area of ten flats.
This is a part-time role working 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday. The suggested hours are 10am to 12pm, but there is flexibility around the working hours. The pro-rata salary is £7,170.00 per annum (FTE £25,095 per annum).
