Workplace description: Nestled in the heart of the Borrowdale valley and overlooking Lake Derwentwater, this majestic Lakeland slate-built hotel has had a commanding presence in the area for over 200 years. Standing in 40 acres of grounds, this hotel has one of the finest settings in the Lake District, with access to some of the most impressive walks in the area from the front door.

Main duties and responsibilities: We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Restaurant Manager with an infectious energy to be the face of the restaurant. As a key leader of our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, you'll bring your fine-dining expertise and passion to create an unforgettable guest experience. Your natural charm, enthusiasm, and attention to detail will inspire your team and elevate every dining moment.

Essential criteria:

1. A seasoned Restaurant Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
2. The ability to lead, inspire, and train your team to deliver world-class service and in-depth product knowledge.
3. A natural leader who can organise with precision, while infusing personality and creativity into everything you do.
4. A people person, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and always going the extra mile.
5. A self-motivated, creative thinker who takes pride in the restaurant and its concept.
6. A drive to succeed, learn, and continuously elevate the guest experience at Mizu.
7. A team player who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment, with the ability to manage smoothly under pressure.
