Our client is recruiting for an experienced and motivated hotel receptionist, with a positive can-do attitude, for an award-winning Hotel near Kingsbridge, Devon.

They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic receptionist, with good experience at the reception desk. The successful receptionist will be passionate about customer service and ideally have experience from a hospitality setting, within a receptionist role.

As a receptionist, your main responsibility will be ensuring guests are looked after for the duration of their stay. Excellent communication skills, organization, and a positive attitude are a must!

Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include:

  • Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the customer journey is personalized.
  • Making the customers’ stay a memorable experience by providing excellent service, communication, and administration.
  • Answering the phone, taking reservations, and dealing with any enquiries.
  • Managing a comprehensive handover to the following shift.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Performing adhoc receptionist administration duties.
