Role: Hotel Receptionist
Location: Gloucester
Salary / Rate of pay: From £12.85 per hour

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a busy hotel in the Gloucester area and we have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Hotel Receptionist to join the team on an immediate basis.

What's in it for you?

1. Hourly rate - Get paid for every hour that you work.
2. Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday.
3. Live-in can be provided if required.
4. 40 hours per week.

Package

From £12.85 per hour depending on experience.

What's involved?

Reception duties will include but not limited to:

1. Checking guests in and out.
2. Taking reservations for room bookings.
3. Assigning rooms (Walk-ins).
4. Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints.
5. Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking.
6. Liaising with all departments on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 12 months hotel front office experience.
2. Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
3. Have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
4. Ability to work in the UK - no sponsorships provided.
5. Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a minimum of 2 weeks.
6. Experience with Guestline/Rezlynx is desired - limited training.
