De Vere Beaumont Estate set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.

A hotel of this size means we have a variety of food and beverage outlets and some great bars on site, so we regularly host some pretty incredible conferences, events and weddings.

Your commute: based just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from J13 of the M25 and 15 minutes from Heathrow; Egham station is also 3 miles away with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading.

As the Hotel Manager at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Windsor you will play an instrumental role at our flagship property, working alongside Darren McGhee the Venue Director to drive the culture, lead from the front and to maximise on the property's extensive capital investment.

The Hotel Manager has a number of Direct Head of Department reports including the Hotel Operations Manager and the role has a key focus on overseeing the Hotels conference & events operation and team to ensure that all guest expectations are met, through the delivery of consistently high standards of service.

Your skills & experience:
  1. Recent experience in a similar sized property either as a Hotel Manager or Deputy General Manager
  2. Experience within a Large Meetings & Events led venue
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team and excellent communication skills
  4. A service orientated approach, a passion for high standards and the ability to drive the property and team from strength to strength
  5. A commercial focus and excellent knowledge of the competitor set in order to develop the business further
