Job Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel – London

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting for a Hotel Manager for this Boutique Hotel in west London. As Hotel Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is operational with a background in rooms division.

About the position

• Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
• Implement a 5* service strategy
• Manage & lead a team effectively
• Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan
• Work closely with the owners
• Ensure that the H&S legislation is adhered to

The successful candidate

• Experience as a hotel manager or rooms division manager a must
• Room & revenue management experience
• Budgeting & P&L experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Independent and boutique hotel experience would be beneficial
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
